Dr David Watson: Dentist; BDS (U.Ncl) DPDS; GDC registration number: 68060; I qualified in Newcastle upon Tyne in 1992, and have been living and working in Malvern since 1994. I am currently undertaking a Postgraduate Masters Program through Bristol University, and I am a regular fixture at local dental meetings and seminars. I have special interests in Cosmetic Dentistry and Endodontics. I am currently a member of several prestigious organisations including: British Dental Association British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Gloucestershire Independent Dentists Group Outside Dentistry I have 3 young children to keep me busy and a passion for Mountain Biking and Squash!

Dr Karen Sutton: Dentist; BDS (U Bham) MFGDP (UK) DPDS; GDC registration number: 69490; I am a busy Mum of two lovely daughters age 12 and 4. You may see me Morris Dancing with Jenny Pipes Morris side in the summer months. I love to spend my spare time baking delicious cakes and chutnies. At Beacon DentalCare I love to look after people who are less than keen on visiting the dentist. I have a particular interest in whitening teeth, and have won a prize from Bristol University for Periodontology (work with gum disease). My main dental interest is helping people to keep their smiles for life! I enjoy putting people at their ease and the sound of laughter often eminates from my room as we enjoy comedy DVDs during peoples treatment.

Dr Thomas Norlin: Specialist Implant Dentist; DDS Odont Lic; GDC registration number: 74192; Dr Thomas Norlin D.D.S., Odont. Lic. was appointed Clinical Director of the Dental Spa in 2009. Born in Sweden he completed his training as a dentist in Stockholm in 1998 and qualified as an Implantologist in 2001. His work includes surgical grafting procedures such as block grafts, sinus lifting and apicectomies, as well as implantology, has gained him considerable respect from other professionals in the area for whom he carries out specialist referral work. His philosophy on dentistry is to ensure that patients receive the best possible treatment outcome, excellent customer service and a well informed and thorough dental experience. In his leisure time, when he is not being persuaded by his sons to swim, play football or go trampolining, Thomas enjoys art, music and travelling for relaxation and scuba diving, skiing and kayaking for fun...

Mrs Lisa Gibbs: Dental Hygeinist; I qualified from the Royal Air Force Institute of Dental Health and Training in 1989. Since then I have worked in several fields, clinically in both private and NHS practice, as a tutor and on a course design team updating the diploma in dental hygiene syllabus. I am happily married and mum to three small children, one boy and two girls. I am often found on the trampoline or playing football or frisbee. I also play hockey in the Severn Division we win some, lose some and draw some! I also enjoy skiing and the very occasional round of golf. I love my garden and cooking (and of course the eating!) but find there is never enough time to do it all.

Mrs Andrea McNelis: Therapist/ Hygeinist; I am married with 2 lovely daughters, aged 5 and 3, and have lived in Worcester now for 3 years. I previously served in the Army before switching careers to the dental profession about 5 years ago, starting as a dental nurse and having qualified as a Dental Hygienist Therapist at the University of Birmingham. Much of my spare time is devoted to keeping my girls on the straight and narrow and I love walking in the countryside, and keeping fit by running and cycling. I am very much looking forward to working with the enthusiastic and dedicated team at Beacon DentalCare and with the members to help achieve and maintain healthy smiles!

Christine Smith: Practice manager; I have lived in Malvern as a qualified Dental Nurse for 28 years. In that time I have also become qualified as an Oral Health Educator and Practice Manager. For the last five years I have been a fully qualified NVQ Assessor, helping new nurses achieve the legal requirements of the profession. I will continue to be involved in providing high quality in-house training for nurses at Beacon DentalCare to ensure our patients get the best quality treatment and service at all levels. I enjoy walking on the hills and meeting new people, and will be doing my bit to reduce the carbon footprint of the practice by walking to work!

Paula Tomkins: Dental Nurse; National Certificate, NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursin; I have worked in the dental profession for around 27 years in both general practice and for the PCT. I have lived in Malvern for 7 years having relocated from Essex. I am delighted to be working at Beacon DentalCare with a team of enthusiastic, lively and dedicated professionals. In my spare time I enjoy walking the beautiful hills and practicing yoga as well as visiting the theatre. Our Nursing Team leader was shortlisted in The Private Dentistry Awards 2009 as 'Most Outstanding Individual In Dentistry' Well done Paula!

Vic Perry: Dental nurse; National certificate; Never-sleeping-Always-dreaming-Undead-looking-Zombie-hunting-Wii-fitting-Comic-reading-80s-rocking-Super-nerdy-Dodgy-horror-movie-junkie.

Katie Moore: Dental Nurse; Katie is our newest team member and joins us at Beacon having passed her Dental Nursing Certificate.

Carol Ranford: Front of House Team; I have lived in Malvern for most of my life, and am married with two grown up children. I have worked in the hospitality industry and in customer care. I started at Beacon DentalCare in March 2008 and have found myself to be working with enthusiastic and friendly colleagues.

Kate Radcliffe: Front of House Team; Kate has worked in dental teams with Karen and David before, and has recently joined Beacon after spending some time in the retail world. She has a 2 year old daughter who keeps her busy when she's not here!
