A dental emergency?

During the Beacon DentalCare working day

If you have a problem during our opening hours, please telephone us immediately and we will ensure that you're offered an appointment on a priority basis.

 Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.

After we close

Please follow our guidance for emergency arrangements during evenings and week-ends by calling our practice and following our answerphone instructions.

Monday- Thursday After we close till 9pm: Please call 07881554530

Friday- Sunday (plus bank holiday days) After we close and then between 9am-9pm at the weekends/ bank holidays call 07666868275 and leave a message.

(Please note some telephone providers charge for calls to this number.)

Please leave a number where you can be easily reached, and allow a while for the on call dentist to get back to you.

The local mobile telephone signal locally is not great and the dentist may be dealing with another patient.

 

Call out fees:

Denplan care/ essentials/ membership plan clients £20.00

Private Clients £120.00 plus treatment charges.

 

After 9pm please contact your local casualty department.
